If you are a parent of a child between the ages of 3 and 21 who receives special education services, the West Virginia Department of Education needs your input on the Parent Involvement Survey.
The survey will be mailed to your home on May 4th, 2026.
You may complete the survey and return it by mail in the postage-paid envelope.

You may visit www.mi-schoolservices.com/wvparent and enter your 7-digit Survey ID number (found below the QR code on the survey you received in the mail). Alternatively, using a smartphone, you can scan the QR code in the upper left corner of the survey you received in the mail.
